Commercial Duct Cleaning Book the walkthrough

What lands on our side

A walkthrough request carries what you typed: ZIP code, building type, the name you gave, a phone number and the optional note about the premises. The contact form carries a sender name, a reply address, a subject line and the message itself. Ordinary server logs record technical details such as IP address and browser signature, kept to keep automated abuse out.

The only things we do with it

Call you back, plan the walkthrough, write the quote and answer what you asked. Your details are not sold, traded, enriched or fed into advertising machinery, and no mailing list grows out of either form.

Who reads it

The estimator handling your request, the crew lead assigned to the job if one is booked, and the hosting infrastructure that carries the site under its own confidentiality obligations.

How long it stays

For the life of the project and the accounting period the law attaches to it. Write to contact@commercial-duct-cleaning.com and earlier erasure happens without discussion.

Cookies and the embedded map

No advertising cookies. A functional session cookie can exist around the forms. The area map loads only when you reach it or press its button, and from that moment its provider's privacy terms apply inside that frame.

Your rights

Seeing, fixing or erasing your entries takes one email to contact@commercial-duct-cleaning.com. No form to fill, no proof of purchase required.
